Seifert Concrete was hired to perform a range of concrete services at Manchester Commerce Center, a large-scale industrial development in Manchester, PA. The project features three state-of-the-art warehouses along I-83, totaling 2.5 million square feet of industrial space designed to accommodate various businesses and government offices.
